SQUELLETTE
The Historiador Squelette is one of Cuervo y Sobrinos’ most talked about models. The steel case, as with every watch in the Historiador family, is inspired by a sketch found in the abandoned Havana workshop dating back to the 1940’s.
This creative timepiece is designed to literally take us into another dimension, back to Cuervo y Sobrinos’ golden age in the early twentieth century. The “skeletonized” dial show off the beauty and transparency of a fine Swiss automatic movement with sophisticated Art Deco presentation.
The Historiador Squelette has hours and minutes hands with Superluminova, central second in red color and features an elegant black leather strap or even a steel bracelet. the Historiador Squelette always ships with a complimentary Cuervo y Sobrinos electronic watch winder and cigar humidor.
No fine detail is overlooked, the Squelette’s Swiss engineerng is also on display; the automatic movement can be observed through a see-through back. The oscillation weight is decorated with “SQUELETTE” and “CUERVO Y SOBRINOS 1882” engravings.
The Historiador Squelette is an emblematic Cuervo y Sobrinos, meticulous Swiss manufacture coupled with the brand’s ever present artistic Latin heritage, elegant Art Deco sophistication designed for the sophisticated gentleman.
